Terms Entered in Search
When you type a name, location, or other detail into a search tool, that query is transmitted to the third-party provider operating the tool. Webster County Recent Arrests does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s handling of a query is controlled by its own privacy practices.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or send a message through a contact form, we retain the information needed to review and answer it. Contact messages are not shared outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Information Collected Automatically
Routine technical information may be recorded when a page loads. This information supports operation, measurement, security, and troubleshooting. It may include:
- The Internet Protocol address used for the request
- Browser name, type, and version
- Device category and operating system

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use Get in Touch to request review and deletion.

These choices apply to data controlled by us. Requests about a county record, Iowa court entry, sheriff system, advertisement, or partner search must be directed to that outside operator.
